Enquiry form. When you send an enquiry through our Contact page, we collect your full name, business or organisation, business email address, job title (if you give it), country or jurisdiction, enquiry type, subject and message.
We use the information you send us to respond to your enquiry, to discuss a potential Prediction Market Permit application and to instruct our nominated agent to contact you.
We do not use your information for marketing, and we do not sell it.
We rely on your consent to collect, use and disclose personal information, unless the law permits or requires us to proceed without it. Consent may be express (for example, ticking a box to confirm acceptance of non-essential cookies) or implied (for example, where you send us a business enquiry and we use your details to reply). Where information is sensitive, or its use would not be reasonably expected, we will seek express consent.
You may withdraw your consent at any time on reasonable notice, subject to legal or contractual restrictions, by contacting info@thetpma.ca. We will tell you about the likely consequences, for example that we may be unable to continue enquiry discussions or provide certain services.
Our nominated agent. CL Specialist Projects Limited, the TPMA's principal advisor on global markets and business development, receives copies of enquiries sent through our Contact page form.

Access is free of charge, though we may charge a reasonable fee for transcribing or transmitting information, and will tell you in advance. If we refuse a request, we will explain why and tell you how to complain.
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
We protect personal information with physical, organisational and technical safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a breach of security safeguards creates a real risk of significant harm to you, we will notify you and the relevant privacy regulator as the law requires.
